The Cornfield Bomber
On February 2nd 1970 a Convair F-106 Delta Dart had engine troubles over a cornfield in Montana. The pilot ejected and the plane, instead of crashing, made a perfectly smooth landing with minimal damage without the pilot. Read more about it here:
